What happens, in order

Your shop is delisted

It stops appearing to customers and stops accepting orders and in-store discounts straight away, so nobody arrives at a counter that is no longer taking part.

Commission is settled

Anything outstanding has to be paid or written off before the account can be removed. We will tell you the figure. This is the step that decides how long the whole thing takes.

Your profile is removed

Once the balance is clear, your name, mobile number, shop photos and contact details are deleted.

What is kept, and why

Till records — which member was given what discount, on what bill, on what date — and commission history stay for as long as Indian tax law requires. They are a record of money changing hands, and they are no longer linked to a usable profile.

Request closure

Use the mobile number you sign into the Merchant app with. No sign-in needed — if you have lost access to the app, this is the way through.

We answer the same way whether or not the number has an account, so this form cannot be used to find out whether someone is a member.
